Set of 2 bamboo folding lounge deck chairs, brass details, Italy, 1960s

Wonderful original bamboo folding deck chairs, produced in Italy in the 1960s. Probably produced by Vivai del Sud. The lines of these chairs are incredible, handmade in curved bamboo with perfect proportions, example of Italian manufacture from the 1960s. The overall result is breathtaking, a simple yet elegant piece of Italian midcentury design. These incredibly rare chairs are perfect for a midcentury internal living room project or for porch use.
