Paul Kingma slate stone mosaic coffee table, 1994
Round coffee table by Dutch artist Paul Kingma, signed and dated 1994.
The circular tabletop features Kingma’s characteristic mosaic technique, combining dark natural stone and slate with contrasting fragments of stone and small coloured inlays. The different materials are arranged in a strong abstract and geometric composition, with linear sections running across the surface and a lighter stone element forming a subtle focal point.
The predominantly dark palette makes this a particularly refined example of Kingma’s work. Small accents in warm amber, blue and white break up the almost monochrome surface, while the natural variations and textures of the stone give the table depth and character.

In very good vintage condition. Signs of use.
