Crafted in walnut veneer with contrasting light wood banding, the cabinet features a bold geometric design typical of early 1930s Deco, with continuous striped marquetry wrapping the entire body and a framed pattern to the top. The softly rounded corners and architectural form reflect strong Bauhaus-influenced modernism.
The interior reveals its original function as a home bar (Hausbar), with a mirrored compartment designed to enhance light and display glassware. The cabinet retains its original layout, including internal shelving and a drawer below, offering practical storage within a compact footprint.
