Maralunga sofa by Magistretti for Cassina 1970s

The Maralunga sofa by Magistretti for Cassina was designed in 1973 and quickly became a design Classic. Its clever design incorporates manipulatable back cushions that can sit low, directly behind the user when seated, or extended up to provide the user with more upper back and neck support. This is an original seventies era version, produced in 1973, and a few years ago reupholstered in a raspberry pink velvet. Also a matching chair available.
