Set of 6 heart chairs with a matching table by Hans Wegner for Fritz Hansen, Denmark, 1953

This set is the FH 4103 model and with its unique design, is a wonderful example of early Danish Modernism. The chairs feature oak frames and teak seats.

They are designed to sit flush against a table. The chairs have only three legs, so they can be shoved all the way around a table. This way, six people can sit in a small apartment and still have enough space to move around. The top rail consists of a solid piece of wood.

Good vintage condition. Signs of use on the wood. No damages.
