Italian modern “Pellicano” sideboard designed by Vittorio Introini for Saporiti, circa 1960s.
This long credenza features a beautifully proportioned architectural form, finished in a refined cream white lacquer with subtle visible wood grain. The front is articulated by four doors fitted with distinctive sculptural metal handles, a signature Introini detail reminiscent of interlocking rings or scissor forms, giving the piece both graphic presence and functional clarity. The softly rounded top and solid side supports create a floating, streamlined silhouette that exemplifies the sophistication of mid-century Italian design. The interior offers generous storage, making this sideboard ideal as a credenza, media cabinet, or dining room console.
